I began exploring yoga 12 years ago during early motherhood while navigating depression, depletion & grief. Through steady personal practice I found deeper gratitude, presence, physical strength, mental clarity & self-awareness. Yoga connects me to my true essence & inner resource. It’s my hope to offer others a safe space to experience these holistic benefits in their own lives.
My teaching style is nurturing & inviting. I guide students toward physical, mental & spiritual growth. In my classes, we explore conscious movement alongside subtler techniques like breath work & meditation - in ways that feel accessible, helping you leave feeling energised, grounded & restored. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed & mental-health-focused principles to promote healing & create an inclusive environment.
I’m also certified in Marma Therapy (energy point healing) and Sound Healing. Sound practices are an integral part of my every day. I use these modalities to help others find relaxation to access their body’s innate healing capacities.
Beyond teaching & nurturing the shala, I am a mother of two kids, who inspire me to find joy and the silly in life. And I love sharing life with my partner - a curious & supportive larrikin. I am a student of life! I view experiences as opportunities to grow & stay true to my core values. I’m curious about living with authentic connection, courage & generosity. Nature is my sanctuary and I often find myself recharging in her presence whenever possible.
My intention is to offer a space where you can reconnect with your inner resource and nurture your authentic self.

The seed was planted when remedial yoga healed my back injury. I grew, as I continued to practice Iyengar Yoga for several years, until life and relocation took me away from regular practice.
I discovered My Yoga Space several years ago where I was nurtured and encouraged through the practice. Here my growth continues in ways that still amaze me.
I felt ready to learn more as my curiosity grew, I wanted to understand why yoga has such healing and beneficial properties, so I studied My Yoga Teacher Training with Vivienne Dias at Yogavibe.
I can feel my view of life and the way I live evolving as I develop deeper awareness and understanding of yogic philosophy, human anatomy, movement and breath, the postures and their inter-relationships.
I enjoy a dynamic, movement based practice, but also like to create restful pools of calmness in which we can reflect, and discover, and connect with our inner true nature and beauty.
I look forward to welcoming you and supporting your practice.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger in mind/body health, relationship health and financial health. There is something about yoga that when practised deeply and embracing the shifts and triggers at the same time it makes you fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and deeply.
With a background in sales and marketing, my intention as a yoga teacher is to support humans to rise and thrive into your leadership with full courage and vulnerability. The world of marketing has supported me to get out of my comfort zone and show up even when it's uncomfortable, mix this with yoga and you have full vulnerability in its true essence, where mind meets the heart and true magic happens....this is where the transformation begins.
I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. One of them in particular, who inspired and empowered me to rise and elevate each day.....the beautiful Vivienne Diaz.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of courage and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

Yoga is way more than a physical practice for me.
Yoga has been the backbone of my healing journey, and I would love to share its wonderful benefits with the you.

I found yoga online while I was sick and could do minimal movement. I later discovered that it didn’t just help my physical body but also improved my mental health. I quickly became obsessed and noticed it was the only thing that could calm my racing mind.
Yoga personally helped me bring awareness to my breath and how important it truly is.

I will always be a student of the practice, and I genuinely fall in love with yoga every day.
Through yoga asana practice, I love to explore rhythmic and intentional movement to cultivate a connection to the body.

Staying true to my practice, I always aim for presence rather than perfection.

I look forward to welcoming you onto the mat soon!

I guide with creative flowing sequences to stretch and strengthen the body,
coupled with breath-work, stillness, meditation and thought provoking ways yoga can support lifestyle. I am passionate about guiding others to enhance overall health, abundance and opportunity.
My first memory of Yoga is from my teenage years when my mum started Yoga classes and we spent many hours on the lounge room floor experimenting our bodies into Yoga postures, precious memories!
I reconnected with Yoga, looking to find some peace from a hectic family life and corporate career and found it supported my mental health, emotional wellbeing and conditioned my muscles.
My curiosity about Yoga peaked and I completed my 200hour Teacher Training in 2016 at My Yoga Space Thirlmere with the founder Angela Roberts.
I enjoy a diverse personal practise, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Meditation and Breath work. I take Yoga into my daily life in practical ways, by connecting to the elements through walking in nature, cooking with fire and growing vegetables organically and by self study through journaling and fibre art. My practise has supported me through grief, illness and menopause in positive ways and I am passionate about guiding others by drawing on my own experiences.
