Or perhaps your mind is craving more calm—tossing and turning at night, carrying stress in your shoulders, running on autopilot. Whatever is drawing you to yoga, you’re in the right place. This course is also perfect for those who like to learn methodically—step by step, with guidance—so you feel confident before joining an open-level class on our timetable. We know how intimidating it can be to try something new (we’ve been there!) and yoga is no exception. You might be concerned about “being the least flexible person in the room” and “the only one who doesn’t know what they are doing” – But here’s the truth: yoga meets you exactly where you are. ✨ You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to know the poses. You just have to begin. ✨ This 5-week Beginners Yoga Course is designed to support you from the very first breath. Whether you’re completely new, returning after a break, or looking to build a strong foundation, you’ll move at a steady, accessible pace—learning postures, breath practices and mindfulness. With only 10 spots available, this smaller group setting allows a warm, welcoming space to grow your practice, free from competition or performance. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS FOR STUDIO CLASSES: are up to 1 hour prior to class start time. Cancellations need to be made ONLINE or via the PHONE APP. If cancelling outside of the minimum time, please text 0404 075 700 with your full name and the class day/time you are no longer attending. If you fail to cancel up to 1 hour before class start time, you will forfeit your class credit or payment. Please do not cancel classes in any other way other than the above options. Repeat Unlimited Members who fail to cancel may be charged a $10 fee and their regular spots removed. (The phone app can be downloaded via the Appstore or GooglePlay, just search "Fit by Wix" and upon opening the app, enter invite code VWW1KG.) WAITLISTING? If a class is full, you will be invited to book on the Waitlist. (Waitlist bookings can only be done through the phone app and not online). If a spot opens up in the class, the first person on the waitlist receives a NOTIFICATION ON THEIR PHONE , and will have 15MINS TO JOIN the class or pass up the offer before the next person on the waitlist gets the opportunity to join the session. If no one on the waitlist chooses to book the class, the spot becomes open to the general public. Cancellations for BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE: Up to 1 hour prior to class start time.
