Glenda Clarke

Yoga has been a profound companion on my journey, supporting me through grief, illness, and the transitions of menopause. My practice enhances my mental, emotional, and physical well-being—bringing balance, strength, and clarity to all aspects of life.

I first explored yoga as a teenager with my mum, but truly reconnected with it while seeking peace from a hectic family life and corporate career. In 2016, I deepened my practice by completing my 200-hour teacher training at My Yoga Space.

My teaching blends creative flows, breathwork, meditation and reflection—offering practical ways to integrate yoga into daily life for overall health, vitality, and resilience. I take yoga into my daily life in practical ways, connecting to the elements through walking in nature, cooking with fire, growing vegetables organically, and self-study through journaling and fibre art.

I am passionate about guiding others by drawing on my own experiences, and I look forward to supporting your own exploration.

Ruth Pirie

I discovered Yoga 13 years ago during early motherhood while navigating depression, depletion and grief. Through steady practice, my life is enriched with gratitude, presence, strength, clarity and self-awareness.

Yoga connects me to my true essence and it reminds me to be compassionate towards myself amongst the evolving inner landscape of my body, mind and nervous system.

My teaching style is inspiring and inclusive, guiding students towards deeper self-inquiry physically, mentally and spiritually. My hope is to support you in feeling energised, grounded and restored and create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and nurture your inner resource.

I look forward sharing this journey with you.

May we acknowledge the traditional owners whose cultures and customs have nurtured, and continue to nurture, this land, since men and women awoke from the great dream. We honour the presence of these ancestors who reside in the imagination of this land and whose irrepressible spirituality flows through all creation.
